Types of homonyms in the modern Azerbaijani language

ABSTRACT
The accidental homonyms and their specific features having exceptional importance during the providing of figurativeness, expressiveness of thought in the modern Azerbaijani literary language are attracted to the research linguistically in the article. The accidental homonyms, in other words, the issues of classi-fication of the types of homonyms are clarified on the basis of the existed scientific-theoretical views in the process of research. It is known from the linguistic survey that, the lexical-grammatical homonyms and grammatical ho-monyms must be also included to the order of types of homonyms besides with the homo-phone, homoform, homograph and lexical homonyms.
