Terms of submission
Articles are sent to the editorial office by e-mail
tall@edu.gov.az and website tall.edu.az. The author of the article (during the
presentation and review) is responsible for the article. Thus, by submitting
the manuscript, the author confirms that it is original, also has not been
reviewed or published by another journal at the same time. All inquiries regarding
the publication of accepted articles are replied at the e-mail address
tall@edu.gov.az, also in the "Contact" section on the website
http://tall.edu.az
Rules of compilation of articles
The
articles should be devoted actual topics, meet the academic requirements of
journal’s style and content and consist of «Introduction», «Main part», and «Conclusion».
The «Introduction» should contain a thesis that will assert the main argument.
In the «Main part», the studied issues and the raised questions should be explained and
analyzed in detail in the sections. In the «Conclusion», the author should
reinforce the importance of the main idea, emphasize his scientific contention
and appreciate his topic in personally relevant ways, and it is notable to
shine the scientific novelty and the benefits of the work and to offer
suggestions and recommendations.
1) Articles submitted to the editorial office must meet the following requirements, including the conditions set by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for periodic scientific publications:
1.1. The title of the article, the author's name
and surname, position, academic degree (if any), the name of the institution
where he/she works, the name of the country and e-mail address should be
written on the title page of the article.
1.2. The Abstract should be in Azerbaijani and English with the same
content, about 70-120 words, and should describe the scope of the research.
1.3. Keywords should consist of 3-5 words or phrases in Azerbaijani and English.
2) The text of the
article should be typed in Microsoft Word, A4 (210x297mm) format, Times New
Roman - 14 font, spacing - 1.15, volume 6-15 pages.
3) The title and
subheadings of the article should be written in bold, with only the first
letter capitalized, with a line spacing before and after the headings and
subheadings, tables and figures (as well as equations and formulas). Pages
should be numbered consecutively in the lower right corner.
4) The name of the
tables and figures should be and this name should be placed in the left corner
above the table for tables, in the left corner under the figure for figures and
they should be numbered sequentially.
5) There should be necessary references to scientific sources on the subject of the article, the references in the "References" should be given in the text as [Kazimov G. Baku, 2007] or [1, p.52], and finally numbered in alphabetical order. If there is an online reference to the scientific literature in the text, an wb link should be submitted at the bottom of the page. Information about each reference in the bibliography must be complete, accurate and in the original language. Bibliographic description of the cited source should be given depending on its type (monograph, textbook, scientific article, etc.). While referring to scientific articles, materials or theses of symposiums, conferences and other prestigious scientific events, the title of the article, report or thesis should be indicated. All sources cited in the text, along with page numbers, should be listed in the “References” list as shown in the following examples:
a) References to books: Kazimov G. (2007). Modern Azerbaijan language. Syntax. Baku, Education. 496 p.
b) References to journal: Hasanova S. (2021). Ashug Alasgar and our literary language. “Teaching of Azerbaijani language and literature", № 4. Baku, “N print studio”, pp.25-34.
c) Reference to the article in collections (conference, symposium, etc.): "The end of the transition period in the Azerbaijani economy: analysis and results. Problems of formation of national development model”. (2010). Materials of the Republican scientific-practical conference. Baku, East-West, pp.314-316.
d) Dissertations and abstracts: Mammadov H.B. (2013). The Republic of Azerbaijan as an actor of modern international political processes. Author's abstract of the doctoral dissertation. Baku, Science. 44 p.
e) Copyright certificates and patents: Aliev S.G., Jalalov K.Kh.A.S. 163514, USSR B.I. 1988, № 4, p.50 Langsam M., Savoca A. C.L. Pat. 4759776, USA, 1988.
f) Web pages: Links to websites should be provided in full. For example: http://www.tall.edu.az
6) Scientific articles, monographs and other
reliable sources of the last 5-10 years should be preferred in the article.
Publication fee
- Publication is free of charge for all the authors.
- The journal doesn't have any article
processing charges.
- According to the published article, the
author will be given a copy of the journal.
