ABSTRACT

Each historical and socio-political conditions affect the lexical-terminological system of the Azerbaijani language, to one degree or another influenced his spelling. The period after Azerbaijan regained its independence in 1991 reform and revolutionary changes did not go beyond the problems of the mot-her tongue. Today, the development, application and teaching of our language are in the focus of the state. Looking at the history of the development of the Azerbaijani language as the state language it is possible to see that this fate is "short-lived". With this in mind, no doubt, the period up to 1995 is envisaged. Over the past 27-28 years, the official functional style of our literary language has further expanded it capa-bilities and has already stabilized its official status.
