Logical and linguistic relationship of quantitative category

ABSTRACT
The article investigates the logical and linguistic relationship of the category of quantity and gives examples of it. The author noted that the category of quantity forms a specific key in the cognitive process related to the concept of quantity. Quantification is shown here as a logical concept. It also focuses on the definitions of some linguists regarding the naming of a quantitative category as a logical category. The author emphasizes quantification to be a necessary concept in both logic and language. To understand this, it is important to consider that any common noun is related to the sum of the same objects. It is emphasized that quantity is a means of measuring the ratio of thesum we think, and this idea is substantiated with some examples. Finally, the author observes the category of quantity be logically and linguistically united, and them be constantly developing in interaction with each other.
