ABSTRACT
In addition to being a complex and conflicting period of Azerbaijan's history, the 19th century is considered one of the most productive stages of our literature in terms of its wealth and subject matter sources. However, the life and work of almost a large part of the writers and poets who lived in this period are still overlooked. Naturally, we must take into account that this is caused by the problem of the old alphabet, in addition to the lack of sources. In the article, we will try to revive the literary portrait of our thinker poet Shahnigar khanum Ranjur who was a loyal follower of Mir Hamza Nigari who lived in Azerbaijan and Amasya (Turkey) based on the information we have about his life, literary activity, and environment.
