Promotion of human rights in Nizami Ganjavi's “Khamsa”

ABSTRACT
The article tried to clarify such aspects as the promotion of human rights, ruler's justice, legal thought in the legacy of the great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi. The issues mentioned in the poems included in "Khamsa" have been elaborated, and it has been brought to attention that the question of a just ruler is one of the important issues that the poet thinks about. In general, for Nizami, the non-violation of the rights of the common people was one of the most important issues.
