Author’s worldiew and historicity in the dramaturgy of Jafar Jabbarli

ABSTRACT
In the article, the second period of Jabbarli's dramaturgy is examined as the main research object in the context of the author's outlook and historicity. The literary policy of the Soviet regime is briefly summarized, the repressions of the regime on the artist and the essence of the revolution resulting from these repressions in his worldview are emphasized, "Ogtay Eloghlu" Jabbarli's worldview is analyzed in the context of resistance to the political regime. The article also substantiates the fact that prison life leads to metamorphoses in the artist's worldview by analyzing "Od galini" and the plays written after it, and the metaphor of the moral deviations of the "free society" in "Od galini" is revealed.
