ABSTRACT
The article discusses the business style of literary language. For this purpose, practical writing taught in secondary and higher schools and the issue of their teaching are brought to the fore. The main shortcoming in business documents is the use of non-citizenship words in the language, non-compliance with the norms of literary language. The elimination of these shortcomings is considered an urgent problem, and ways to solve this problem in the teaching process are shown. The use of comparisons in the teaching of business documents is recommended as the optimal method. Thus, in terms of the quality of teaching, it is recommended to teach the similarities and differences of documents that are close in form. In addition, the attitude to the problems of academic communication is expressed.
