Possibilities of the Formation of Teaching Reading in the Azerbaijani Language Lessons

ABSTRACT 

The article deals with the main directions of the reading content line in primary classes. The article mentions that one of the most important tasks of teaching the mothertongue in primary classes is teaching reading. Through reading exercises, which play an exceptional role in the education of the youn gergeneration, students get the most basic scientific ideas about the world, society, nature, etc. in the lower grades. The most important issue in the reading process is to form new knowledge on the basis of correct imagery about the surrounding world. This continues into the upper grades, and the content of the reading serves to provide ideological-political, moral and aes-thetic education at every age, after school and throughout life.
