ABSTRACT
Mirza Alakbar Sabir followed the ideas of independence, in fact, throughout his creative work, dedicated some of his works directly to the glorification of independence and tried to reveal the inner face of the enemies of freedom. In satires dedicated to such topics, he also benefited from the works of Mahammad Fuzuli. Because the first literary environment that Sabir fell into was the environment of "fuzulishunas". Seyid Azim Shirvani, who was Sabir's teacher, continued Fuzuli's path in ghazal. In the early days when Sabir entered the world of poetry and art, Fuzuli's influence and poetry traditions were extremely strong in the literary world. Almost all poets considered themselves Fuzuli's students and followers and were very proud of it. Jafar Khandan called those poets "fuzulishunas", i.e. followers of Fuzuli, He rightly considered S. A. Shirvani "the greatest fuzulishunas" in the ghazal.
