ABSTRACT
A modern teacher acts as a facilitator, a student-researcher who is able to direct the student to development, taking into account his potential. However, we should not forget that it is the teacher who organizes, directs, successfully motivates, draws up worksheets, prepares criteria, stimulates the research activities of students. The effectiveness of the educational process depends on the good preparation of the teacher for the lesson. The teacher is responsible for the implementation of learning outcomes, the implementation of the objectives of the lesson, the integrated implementation of educational, educational and developmental tasks. They always talk about the high role of the teacher in society, about the character traits of the modern teacher. It is noted that the teacher has always been a leading force in society. In our globalized world, when ICT has become the norm, such training is indispensable.
