Turkish marches of the Republican period

ABSTRACT
This article investigated Turkish marches that appeared in Turkish literature of the Republican period. This period, as in every field, brought richness, diversity, and innovation to literature. This period, which covered the period after gaining independence and the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey, is mainly distinguished by the predominance of marches dedicated to the republic and M.K.Atatürk, as well as marches of school and youth, and marches dedicated to various arts and professions.
