ABSTRACT
The
article talks about the main directions of creating grammatical concepts based
on parts of speech in primary classes. Parts of speech are taught over several
years and gradually mastered. In order for a grammatical concept to be firmly
grasped, it should be compared with a previously learned concept. A comparison
of words denoting different grammatical categories is particularly useful. By
studying definitions and rules in Azerbaijani language classes, students choose
examples corresponding to these rules, analyze the meaning and grammar of words
and draw conclusions. At the same time, they perform tasks of a stylistic
nature, work on word creation and choosing words of the same root, draw
comparative schemes and tables, write expressions and essays. All this not only
enriches students' thinking ability, but also develops their speaking skills.
